Professional Experience

As an Associate in our Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Department, Sonia specializes in insolvency related matters. Sonia completed her LL.B degree at the University of the Free State during 2002. After so doing, Sonia took up employment at Symington & De Kok Attorneys as a candidate attorney, where after she was employed at Honey Attorneys to complete her period as a candidate Attorney. She was admitted as an attorney in 2005.

Sonia is involved in insolvency related matters and is also responsible for the drafting of the Liquidation and Distribution Accounts in all our insolvent estates.

Sonia is on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Liquidators.
