Comments made by the Liquidator
Kindly be advised that Kwikload Transport (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Kwikload”) was liquidated on 2 March 2022 by the High Court Johannesburg by way of a Special Resolution. Furthermore, The Master of the High Court, Johannesburg appointed Donovan Theodore Majiedt (Honey Corporate Recovery & Insolvency) and Marquerite Roux (De Waal Grobbelaar and Fischer) as provisional liquidators on 13 May 2022 under Master’s Reference Number G338/2022.
Kindly be advised that the Liquidators will attend to the liquidation of Kwikload and that they will be assisted by Suné Smit of Honey Corporate Recovery and Insolvency.
