Comments made by the Liquidator
Kindly be advised that Makakola Projects (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Makakola”) was liquidated on 4 March 2022 by way of Special Resolution. Furthermore, The Master of the High Court, Johannesburg, appointed Fusi Patrick Rampoporo (First City Katleho Trust) and Nadasen Moodley (PMG Trust) as Liquidators on 22 March 2022 under Master’s Reference Number G239/2022.
Kindly be advised that the Liquidators will attend to the liquidation of Makakola and that they will be assisted by Leon Naude of Honey Corporate Recovery and Insolvency.
