Kindly be advised that JD Grondbewerking CC was Provisionally liquidated on 14 April 2022 by the High Court, Bloemfontein. Furthermore, The Master of the High Court, Bloemfontein, appointed Donovan Theodore Majiedt (Honey Corporate Recovery & Insolvency), Maria Van Rooyen (Xirimele Trustees) and Sune Smit (Honey Corporate Recovery & Insolvency) as Liquidators on 25 May 2022 under Master’s Reference Number B17/2022. JD Grondbewerking CC was finally liquidated on 26 May 2022.
Kindly be advised that the Liquidators will attend to the liquidation of JD Grondbewerking CC and that they will be assisted by Stacy Saffy (Honey Corporate Recovery & Insolvency).
